Question:
If you are a JCE user and have tried to migrate across to us, you might have been mystified to why your images disappeared! This is because the editor is set to supports absolute paths by default for performance reason. Changing the editor to support relative paths only requires a simple setting change in the plug-in.

Answer:

*** Version 1.0.x ***
Visit the back-end (administration section), go to ‘Mambots’ on the top menu bar and then clicks on ‘Site Mambots’. Scroll down and click on the ‘JoomlaFCK’, once opened you will be able define the relative path under the Advanced parameters on the left-hand side.

*** Version 1.5.x ****
Visit the back end (administration section), go to ‘Extensions’ on the top menu bar and then clicks on ‘Plug-in Manager’.
Scroll down and click on the ‘JoomlaFCK’, once opened you will be able define the relative path under the Advanced parameters on the left-hand side.

To apply the setting and close click on 'Save'.
